Isaiah 64:8 ~ Yet, O Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.
Romans 9:20-21 ~ But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? "Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, 'Why did you make me like this?' Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use?
Isaiah 19:25 ~ The LORD Almighty will bless them, saying, "Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance."
I've been hooked on this song this week, so I thought it only appropriate I use it for my song tonight. I pray I allow God to be the potter and I the clay. Make me, mold me and use me!

Bless you Cheryl...that's MY FAVORITE and #1 song on my playlist! Love your Scriptures!
Of course, Isaiah 64 I knew and love!
It is my prayer also! Have you seen that in my sidebar by my profile...you may borrow the graphic if it copies!
Be blessed & I'm glad that song was in your mind and heart all week
what is better for HOPE EACH DAY!!
silly (lol)
I LOVE this song. I went through a season last year where I was listening to it constantly (not to mention singing it at the top of my lungs)... It was so great to hear it here. Thanks!
I absolutely love this - the scriptures, the song, Hillsong, the video. Thanks!
Cheryl,
Thanks for sharing this lovely song and the encouraging verses. It is encouraging to remember that God is our Potter and He is daily molding us and making us what He wants us to be. So whatever He allows us to go through is all working towards His glory and our good. What a comfort!
May God continue to mold us, increase our love and devotion to Him, and make us useful in His kingdom.
Thanks for your visit, prayers and encouragement. I am remembering Jan and your family in prayers. Take care and God bless!
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! Have a blessed day and weekend!
My prayer as well, Cheryl. In the past couple of weeks, I've been reminded of how painful the moulding and shaping can be...our hope in those times is that the finished product stands for His renown...May His favour fall on you this week..
Love, Sita
I was watching your video last night and was suddenly surrounded by my teenage son and all his friends (waiting for me to get off the internet). They were facinated by the potter's wheel and started asking questions. So your video turned into a lesson for some 14 year old boys last night. Thank you.
One of my all-time favorites! SO beautiful and also my prayer.
I am going to be posting an update on Millie, but wanted to give you a quick update. I talked to her last night. She had her doctor's appointment yesterday. The doctor was working on her wound and it began bleeding. He was quite pleased about that because that means there is some blood flow. He told her to come back in 2 weeks...for now, NO surgery! The home care nurse will still visit each day to check, clean and redress her wound. I told her it sounded like answered prayer to me and she agreed! Previously, if you ever told her you were praying for her, she would tell you not to bother because she didn't need prayer. This alone to me is evidence the Lord is softening her heart...and I am rejoicing! If you would, please continue to pray. Thank you so much, my friend.
Blessings,
Tracy
Awesome song and powerful video. And I kept thinking that after he's done shaping it, it has to go into the heat of the kiln to set.
This song is a favorite.
Have a blessed weekend,
stephanie
This song is a good reminder for me to press on. I want the Lord to mold me and He has been. But, molding isn't always such a good experience. The best molding seems to come through adversity, obstacles, and tough times.
Cheryl,
Absolutely, you can count on my prayers for your friend's Mom. You can count on my prayers.
Very excited to hear about that new Hillsong project. I just heard God is a Healer for the first time this morning...I absolutely LOVE it. (He IS indeed!) Their songs are my favorite worship music of all time. = )
Blessings,
Tracy
God has been showing me that I need to really humble myself before Him and surrender ALL of me...this song is such a reminder of that. It's only when we humble ourselves and surrender to Him that He is able to mold and make us into His will.

Beautiful - thanks for sharing!
If we just let HIM do what He wants to do with our lives ... the potter how to shape and mold .. I need to let Him whatever He wants in my life and stop getting in the way ....
I will also be praying for your friend's mom. How sad that she does not want to know Jesus, but we God's children can still pray for her, health, AND her salvation.
Praying that God's light will penetrate her heart and show her she needs to let Him take over her life, especially now.
Praying that no one will "beat her up", but have soft words and the demostration of love Jesus has for her.
