~Then Sings My Soul Saturday~ Amazing Grace~

2 Corinthians 12:9:"But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me."

Hebrews 4:16:"Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."

1Peter 5:10:"And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast."

2John 1:3:"Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Father's Son, will be with us in truth and love."

No matter what our circumstances, we should still praise God our Father. Where would we be without Him? We do not know what tomorrow hold. He has all our futures mapped out.

Lamentations 3:21-23: "Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Please remember Jan as she tests Tuesday morning at 6:30 a.m. and meets with her oncologist Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. JOIN US AS WE PRAY FOR DEAD TISSUE!

I love this song! This song really made me listen to what the words were telling me in Amazing Grace. God has so much grace to set us free from sin and chains - his grace is sufficient! thanks for sharing :-)

Blessings Cheryl...Today's TSMSS, my plan was to do "odds" like me(I'm 21 so I do odds), I could not pass over your site #4...and so glad that I did not! We all need to be reminded of HIS Amazing Grace, and no one does it better than Chris Tomlin! Your scriptures were anointed as well..and should give you(Jan, and family that believes the strength to face Tues.)Praying for "dead tissue" & "no blood" you said earlier...right? God be with you as you face the results and with the medical personnel.[Sometimes they are not all that caring(lol)
when dealing with sensitive issues or people] but may your words to Jan bring encouragement and life!
Be blessed & counting on even more blessings and power of healing in positive prayers with the strength of your scriptures and the freedom of chains broken. Be comforted and comfort those needing HIM more!

This is one of those songs that just makes me want to stop whatever I am doing and worship (that looks really weird if I am in the car LOL). What an amazing talent Chris Tomlin is and what an amazing God we serve!! I will be praying for Jan, I am marking my calendar!!
