~WFW~ ~God Heals~

Psalm 121:1-2
God Heals
Remember when you heard the words-
and your mind went blank-you were in another world
God heals
Remember in your darkest hours-
when all that surrounds you is pain and sorrow
God heals
Remember friends' prayers-your family's encouragement
~glimmers of HOPE from everyday angels
God heals
Quiet...you can hear them now-
always there-yet never this close
God heals
It's just another day-
Yet everything has changed-and you hear yourself say
God heals
Birds are singing-
the sky is a beautiful blue-flowers are blooming..
God heals
Truths that you knew as a child-
awakened again with new understanding
God heals
Remember when other's can't-
that life is a gift-each day to treasure
God Has Healed

If you haven't seen my post below~ we found out this morning that Jan's MRI Spectroscopy was also inconclusive. We are standing on our faith, trusting God, that this is good news. They are moving forward with a PET CT scan @ 7:00 a.m. tomorrow. She will then see her oncologist @ 9:30 a.m. for results and future plans.

Please join us as we continue to pray for NECROSIS (DEAD TISSUE)!! Please also pray for Jan and Gerald as they prepare for yet another test and her oncology appointment, as well as possible new treatment plan.

Please pray for God's hand to be on everyone and everything that has a part in Jan's care and treatment. We've seen evidence of this already today. See below for an awesome story!

That verse reminds me of my grandma and it never ceases to touch my heart. And that poem...beautiful.

Cheryl, I came to see your Saturday song, but I always skim your whole blog when I get here, whether its on Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday. I've got to catch up. :-) I'm so glad things look better for your sister. I love the verse you chose for this week's WFW. I've been studying it in Stepping Up, Beth Moore's latest Bible study. But that verse has touched my heart for years. Thanks for sharing it.
