~Thankful Thursday~

45

*The MRI results were inconclusive, so I'm going to be thankful for the power of prayer and stand firm in my faith believing that when Jan returns for her MRI that God will show that this simply is DEAD TISSUE (necrosis).
*Even though we didn't get the results we had hoped, I'm choosing to be thankful that there was NO TUMOR GROWTH!

*I'm thankful there is a clinical trial vaccine with very minimal side effects that looks VERY promising for people with brain cancer (GBM).
*I'm thankful for family.
*I'm thankful for my conversation with Terry, Jan's best friend tonight.
*I'm thankful that I can worship and praise God anytime I please.
*I'm thankful for my "bloggy friends" and all the encouragment you've given, especially during testing times. and
*I'm thankful for my Ripley.

What are you thankful for?

Thankful Thursday is hosted by Iris at Sting My Heart.

Please remember to pray for Jan and our family as we continue on this journey. She will possibly be choosing a new treatment plan in a couple of weeks. Please pray for guidance for her and Gerald. We've been doing research, so please pray that we are able to find the best possible treatment available.

Oh Cheryl,

I'm so sorry to read this news about Jan.

I'm going to BELIEVE GOD this just the necrosis, and she will not need another surgery.

I'm going to continue to storm the heavens on her behalf...

This was a beautiful list today, you are blessing God in all things.

I know he is pleased.

I'm here if you ever need to unload or need specific prayers.

Blessings to you my friend♥

I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me,
I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him
Who infuses inner strength into me (that is, I am self-sufficient
in Christ's sufficiency). Philippians 4:13

Cheryl----thank you for your kind words and visit to my "bloggy house!"
I know the anguish you are feeling with your sister's illness. I will be in prayer for her and your family.
The Lord is near---and hears all those who call on His name. His name is a STRONG TOWER---the righteous can run into that tower and be safe! (Keep a diary of everything...prayers, talks, calls, scriptures that come to you...and your thoughts as you go through this...some you may want to post on your blog---some you may not. But keep it...and sister--keep the faith---God is a PRAYER ANSWERING GOD! Wanda lived far longer than any doctor ever predicted!
God bless you all.

Thanks for sharing a great list. You and your family are in my prayers, and I'll be praying the way my daughter does--thanking God for the things she's asking for (Thanks God, for full remission and complete recovery for Jan...)

Cheryl...Thank you for your precious sister's update..still standing in prayer with you and asking God for wisdom in her decisions each and every step along the way...every single day..foor grace and healing...strength and miracles
that whatever treatment plan is best will be clear and Godly appointed! At the very end of my post today, I was thinking of her, you'll notice...GOD continue to sustain you to be able to hold her up...I'm so thankful you found something to thank God for...and that God will lead you through this difficult journey with His Love and Grace! Someone wrote me this so I'm passing it on...what may seem impossible for humans, is more than possible WITH God. He has no limits and His depth & width is far beyond what we can imagine! There's HOPE for Each Day!
Be encouraged and blessed...Peggy
