~Thankful Thursday ~ Random ~

Colossians 2:7 ~ 7rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Today I'm thankful for:

* The gift of salvation;
*I'm thankful Jan's cancer is stable;
*I'm thankful for my Mom;
*I'm thankful for 2 sisters and a niece;
*I'm thankful for special friends who listen when I need them;
*I'm thankful for my new blogging friend, Jen for caring enough
to listen, pray and offer her support. Thanks Jen.
I'm thankful for my Ripley. He's always happy to see me and offer his love.

Thank you Cheryl...I am thankful for good-hearted, christian friends like you!

I used to keep a "gratitude journal." I would write 5 things I was thankful for each day. I need to do that again...it does make you feel good to stop and reflect on the good things in our lives...especially when the negative can tend to consume us. I'm at that point now...time to stop and reflect!! Thanks for the reminder.
