We've had some changes the last 1 1/2 weeks at work, which have actually been for the better. We have a new team leader, which I'm not thrilled about AT ALL.
The person who was in this position was fabulous. She has had to step down because of personal obligations. This new person, appears to have some issues with POWER. It also appears that she thinks she has to "police" us to make sure we are doing what we are supposed to.
I hope I'm wrong in these regards!

Cheryl, I'm praying regarding the changes at work. I know it's tough but praying that the transition will help you positively impact the one who has the issue with power with love from the truly Powerful.
