~TSMSS~ God of This City~ Chris Tomlin & Story

You're the God of this city
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
You are

You're the light in this darkness
You're the hope to the hopeless
You're the peace to the restless
You are

For there is no one like our God
There is no one like our God

Greater things have yet to come
Greater things are still to be done in this city
Greater things have yet to come
Greater things are still to be done here

Here is Chris Tomlin ~ speaking about this song!~

Blessings!

Hi Cheryl..
I dropped to say hello, I was taking a blog break and had our women's retreat. How are you doing? Did your blog change.. I love the way it looks. Continued prayers for your sister and I will go over to read how she is doing.

I love this song and was so excited the first time I heard the story behind it. . . Our church sends a couple of groups a year to Pattaya, Thailand for missions!

Chris Tomlin always rocks my musical world...he's one of the most talented I've seen in a while, and his heart for God is so awesomely expressed through his songs! I'm downloading this one on the iPod. Hope you had a great Saturday!

We sing that song at our church often. I love it. I just wanted to say hi and let you know we are still waiting on the Lord concerning a job. I really treasure your prayers.
