~WFW~ Titus

titus

As I sit here tonight, getting this ready to post, it is almost the exact time 8 years ago today that my Dad left this world and went on to Heaven. It seems like so long ago, but then on the other hand still hard to believe he is gone from this life. A lot has changed in these 8 years in this world, and especially in our family. We would all love for him to still be here, but he is in a far better place. Because of the gift of salvation, which is made available to all, he is in Heaven, waiting on the rest of his family and friends.

Blessings!

Hugs and prayers. I'm so glad to hear your dad is in heaven. My step dad died almost 2 years ago and I know he's there too!

What a beautiful and sweet tribute to your Dad. After seeing the photo of he, and also that of your Mom, I can definitely see your resemblance to both.

Thanks for sharing this!

Hugs,
Trace

My Dad went home to be with the Lord almost 23 years ago now, and it still seems like yesterday! I know I'll see him again someday, and that brings so much comfort, believe me! Loved the verse and picture!!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting to day. It meant so much! Cora

Blessings & hugs, Cheryl...TO BE HELD!!! Love it!! Behold..."he is in a much better place waiting"...
words of gold...from a heart of gold! Praying for your heart! I loved your beautiful verse on this picture from Titus! May God hold you!

Came by to say congrats to you too because you are recipient of the same:) and doubled because now you
are my Autumn Friend recipient also!

btw~when I came here the song that was playing was from Natalie Grant,
"HELD"...I thought it was on yours and then figured out it was on mine, and now it's Via Dolorosa.
It seems to me that God is in control of what song plays for each person...it's out of my control but
I do believe..."to be held" are the words you needed from Our Lord, &
your papa. He's smiling with such delight in all the beauty & hope you offer each day to others!!!
