~Thankful Thursday~ Rejoice~

Psalm 5:11 ~"But let all who take refuge in you be glad; let them ever sing for joy.
Spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may rejoice in you."

I'M THANKFUL FOR ALL THE PRAYERS BEING SAID ON MY BEHALF AND MY FAMILY. WHAT MORE COULD BE ASK FOR?

1. Jan returns to M.D. Anderson on 8/5/08 for lab work and MRI to see how this new chemo is working. Please pray the chemo is shrinking the tumor. Please also pray for minimal side effects, if any.
2. Last week I came to you with an unspoken prayer request. Would you continue to pray.
3. I've been training this week for my job. It is very different from what I'm used to. But it's been good and challenging to learn something new. I'm rejoicing to have found this job.
4. My cousin got great news at her visit with her oncologist. It has been decided that she will continue on the same oral chemo for now. We are very thankful for this news. Some of her counts were up just a bit and others were within normal range. Thank you for praying with us. The following is a portion of her email to me (in bold). "
So much to take in, but I feel that God has answered our prayers and sent the answer we have prayed for. Nothing is too big for my God nor impossible. I feel that He has looked down on me and heard all of the prayers that have been sent heavenward on my behalf and has answered them. What a glorious God! And what a great bunch of bloggers that have interceded in my behalf - I can never thank them enough."

Thankful Thursday is hosted by Iris at Sting My Heart.

Blessings!
