~Then Sings My Soul Saturday~ All I Can Say

Lord I'm tired
So tired from walking
And Lord I'm so alone
And Lord the dark
Is creeping in
Creeping up
To swallow me
I think I'll stop
Rest here a while

And didn't You see me cry'n?
And didn't You hear me call Your name?
Wasn't it You I gave my heart to?
I wish You'd remember
Where you sat it down

Chorus:
And this is all that I can say right now
And this is all that I can give

Bridge:
I didn't notice You were standing here
I didn't know that
That was You holding me
I didn't notice You were cry'n too
I didn't know that
That was You washing my feet

The lyrics to this song "All I Can Say" by David Crowder Band reminds me of the Poem "Footprints." We're too wrapped up in our problem(s) to notice that God is carrying us or holding us. He is there at all times helping us!

Tonight, I'm tired, both emotionally and physically. I know God is here to carry me.

Thank you - this is a beautiful song and video. I actually posted this for my friends who are grieving the loss of their only son. If you'd like to leave some words of encouragement for them, here's the URL:

ohhh Cheryl...ALL I CAN SAY...is
I know you are weary but you know WHO is HOLDING you & we can give it all to HIM..."for HE cares for Jan & He cares for YOU!" What are you doing awake at this time? That could be why... you're tired...
so give a shout out and get some shut eye...HE'LL HEAR YOUR SHOUT!

Thank You, precious Lord that Cheryl can rest in Your Arms tonight or anytime because she believes in YOU & that YOU are carrying her for just one more step, BE THERE each step and help her Lord to rest as she trusts in YOU. May her sweet special song remind her to notice YOU! I know she does so give her peace, comfort and Your precious reassurance to let go & let You
fill her overflowingly with love and Your Presence daily & nightly when she can't sleep, bring her all her heart desires & allow her to be still & enjoy! Be blessed & thank you for blessing me! Peggy

Thank you! I know He is washing our feet even now while all we can give Him...our lives...feels like a feeble effort.

This has become my favorite song in the past few weeks. When I consider how tired I get, I try to remember how tired Jesus was that day on the cross. He did that for me, so that I could get through today and tomorrow with hope.

Really nice video. Is this song new?

I wanted to let you know that my mom passed away today. She had gotten a serious urinary tract infection and with the Leukemia just couldn't fight it. Thank you for all the prayers and know that I am keeping you all in mine.
